Price and Product
Water purifier is heavily subsidised at the rate that is stated in the advertisement. Rates can be subjected to change with or without prior notice. As its heavily subsidised, the availability of colour and system may be subject to availability. Any request can be noted with a small admin fee.
Your Personal Information
By providing us your contact details, you are giving us the permission to contact you for your interest. You may request us to stop any contact at anytime by sending us a contact form with your request.
Installation
We will consult with you on the day of installation prior to making the necessary piping of the water purifier to the main water supply. Should you decide to change after installation, we will charge additional installation fee.
Exchange
We will do a one to one exchange no longer available, we will either replace with a similar type or any other model. Any difference in price of the replacement model that is at higher value, will have a top up fee of the difference in the cost of that different model.
Warranty
Any disassemblement of the machine will void any warranty. If user do not replace water filters at least once a year, the water purifier will also be void of any warranty.
Company Discretion to Cancel Order or Reschedule Installation
We may decide to cancel the order if buyer keep changing schedule for installation which cause disruption to our schedule and make other buyers missed the opportunity to get the water purifier installed. Any late notice on the change of schedule may be subjected to a reschedule fee of $50. Any change in less than 2 days before installation is considered late notice.
Payment
Payment must be paid in full after installation. Failure to make payment will attract legal action. If you have a special payment arrangement, prepayment or other mode of payment, please inform our customer service prior to delivery and installation date. Any non paid amount will carry a compound interest of 5% per month. Total recovery of payment plus any legal fee will be added to the final amount when settling the outstanding payment.
